Whose Fault Is It?

A man is flying in a hot air balloon and realizes he is lost. He reduces height and spots a man down below. He lowers the balloon further and shouts: "Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?"

The man below says: "Yes you're in a hot air balloon, hovering 30 feet above this field."

"You must work in Information Technology"

"I do. How did you know?"

"Well, everything you have told me is technically correct, but it's of no use to anyone."

"You must work in management."

"I do, but how did you know?"

"Well, you don't know where you are, or where you're going, but you expect me to be able to help; and you're in the same position as you were before we met, but now it's my fault."

ある男が気球に乗って飛んでいるうちに、自分がどこへ飛んで来たのかわからなくなってしまった。彼は高度を下げていくと、地上に一人の男をみつけた。さらに気球を下げてこう呼び掛けた。「すいませんがー、私の今いる場所を教えてくれませんかー？」

地上の男が言う。「ええー、あなたは地上３０フィートのところで熱気球に乗っていますよー」

「あなたはＩＴ関連の仕事をしていますねー」

「その通りですよー。どうしてわかったんですかー？」

「あなたが今言ったことはー、すべて理屈としては正しいんだけどー、全く何の役にも立たないからですよー」

「そういうあなたは管理職でしょー？」

「そうですよー。なぜわかったんですかー？」

「あなたは自分の居場所も分からないしー、どこに向かっているかもわかっていませんよねー。でもー、私が答えを出すことができると勝手に期待していますよねー。あなたの置かれている状況はー、私に会う前から変わっていないのにー、今ではそれが全て私のせいなんですよねー。」
