Testing

A juggler, driving to his next performance, was stopped by the police. "What are these matches and lighter fluid doing in your car?" asked the cop.

"I'm a juggler and I juggle flaming torches in my act."

"Oh yeah?" said the doubtful cop. "Lets see you do it."

The juggler got out and started juggling the blazing torches masterfully.

A couple driving by slowed down to watch. "Wow," said the driver to his wife. "I'm glad I quit drinking. Look at the test they're giving now!

ジャグラーが次の公演へ向かって車を走らせていると、警官に止められてしまった。「こんなにマッチや軽油を車に乗っけて、どうするつもりなんだい？」警察がきいた。

「私はジャグラーなもんで、燃えているたいまつでお手玉するんですよ」

「ヘえ〜、」警官が疑わしそうに言った。「やってるとこを見せてちょうだい」

ジャグラーは車を降りると、燃え盛るたいまつを巧みにジャッグルし始めた。

そこへ通りかかったカップルが、車のスピードを落としてこの光景を眺めた。「ワオ、」運転席の夫が妻に言った。「オレ、酒やめて良かったよ。見ろよ、あの検問！」
